Princess Parties by Mary is committed to providing a high quality experience for your little one to talk about for years to come. Our performers go through special training to learn how to be the best character they can be, including courses on special needs, makeup artistry, improvisation, and vocal technique. We provide high quality costumes, performers, and engaging activities with a commitment to accurate casting and affordable pricing.
What does our character(s) come with?
When you book a party with us, you will get to choose 3-5 activities based on how long your party is. We will provide all materials needed for a fun-filled visit! We offer sing alongs, story times, games, arts & crafts, makeovers, face painting, glitter tattoos, and princess/superhero lessons!
Our events offer an even wider array of activities including balloon twisting, face painting, special song performances, autographs, photobooths and more! Don’t see the right activity for your party or event? Let us know and we may be able to accomodate your request!
How do I secure my party date?
To book a party or event, start by filling out the booking form here! We will email you within 3 days to get your date on the calendar and confirm the details of your party or event. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit based on the cost of your event. Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit is paid, which counts toward the cost of your party or event. The remainder of the booking fee must be paid by the date of your event.
How far do you travel?
We travel ALMOST everywhere in the East Tennessee area, and then some, including Knoxville and all of the Tri- Cities area. Don’t be afraid to ask if we will come to you! Distances that are more than 50 miles from our Morristown or Knoxville offices will incur a travel fee.
Do you do payment plans?
Yes! If you ever need to pay in installments, just ask! As long as the performer is paid in full before they leave the party, it works for us!
How far in advance should I book?
We prefer 1-2 months in advance. The earlier, the more likely your date will be open! The closer to the date, the less likely we will have a character available. It it always worth a try, though, so shoot us a message!
Do you all do special requests?
Yes! If you have an idea, throw it our way! Whether it be a POC performer playing a traditionally “white” character, an activity idea, or a new/unlisted character, we love trying new things!
Where do you get your price from?
We charge the amount we do to provide quality entertainment in the East Tennessee area. When you factor in the time getting ready, the time it takes to get to the party, and the amount of training the performer has gone through, the cost doesn’t seem so large! Prices are subject to change prior to booking.
